Purpose

The purpose of this survey is to collect information about women who are:

Composers and teaching Music Composition at a university, community college or conservatory (higher education)

This survey and database are meant to assist women in composition to identify potential teachers and mentors at various music degree programs around the world.

This information will be shared with the public through WomenOf.org and on several music composition websites to engage with women composers in academia and to provide women more resources to assist them pursue higher degrees in Music Composition.
